We work alongside organizations that share our commitment to opening access to opportunity, resources, and power for all communities. We examine how our own work can better serve those who have been left out or left behind, and we act to close those gaps rather than widen them.

We build relationships within and beyond our networks that deepen our understanding of the places we work and open up new ways to solve problems together. The more we know each other, the more we can break down what's standing in the way of lasting solutions.

We weigh the needs of individuals, organizations, and communities against the natural, economic, historical, and social systems they're part of. No one is asked to carry the weight of the whole alone, and no part of the whole is valued less than the rest.

We believe humility means stepping back so others can step forward. Communities already hold the ingenuity, insight, and vision to guide their own transformation, we're not there to hand down solutions, but to help build on what's already theirs. Our role is to listen, learn, cede power, and act as guide and convener rather than intermediary, putting our platform in service of the priorities set by those most affected.

We act out of compassion for the people and places we work with. It shapes how we show up, with intention, responsibility, and respect, in ways that leave communities stronger than we found them.

We act as if what we build together belongs to all of us. We show up for communities the way we hope they'll show up for each other, working side by side, sharing what we know openly, and making sure the benefits of production are shared and carried forward, not captured by the few.

We approach our work, our challenges, and our successes with genuine wonder, examining them closely, learning from them honestly, and letting that learning change how we act. We build strategies collaboratively, offer direct feedback, and stay open to perspectives that challenge our own. Our thinking should never calcify. What we know today must remain open to what we learn tomorrow.

We act from possibility, not scarcity. Even in the face of constraints, disruption, and uncertainty, we hold a genuine, purposeful optimism that a better economy is within reach, and we build as if future generations are counting on us to get there.
