State of Urban Manufacturing City Snapshot: Milwaukee

As part of the State of Urban Manufacturing study in 2018, UMA collected information directly from hundreds of manufacturers across six pilot cities—including more than 100 in Milwaukee—on the nature of their businesses and the challenges they face. This City Snapshot highlights the findings from the Milwaukee survey and is intended to help local stakeholders identify actions that they might take to nurture the small- and medium-scale manufacturing sector.
