Shinyi Chen

Shinyi is committed to fostering collaboration, creativity, and efficiency within mission-driven organizations. With a background in creative industries, she brings a strong knowledge of production management and operational systems to Mechanism.

Shinyi supports organizational development through logistics and systems management. Previously, she produced hundreds of hours of educational children’s content at Age of Learning, managed art production at TRIPP, and worked with Meta on their creator education program in collaboration with Scout House. Her expertise includes production processes, systems, and team coordination.

Shinyi earned her Bachelor of Arts in Critical Studies from the University of Southern California’s School of Cinematic Arts.
