Louis Santiago

Louis Santiago is the Founding and Managing Partner of The Santiago Law Firm, LLC, with a unique background that blends engineering and law.

Louis has had a diverse career, working in industrial engineering for various manufacturers in Charlotte, Portland, and Philadelphia. He also mentored legal professionals, some of whom have gone on to become judges. Later, he handled human resources disputes related to the hiring by TSA of hundreds of airport screeners.

As he neared semi-retirement, Louis sought a way to continue giving back to his community and stay engaged. That’s when he discovered Mechanism, and upon reading the Alliance’s mission, he knew his extensive experience could make a difference.

Outside of his board responsibilities, Louis enjoys fly fishing, reading, and supporting his beloved St. Louis Cardinals. After many years living in various cities, he now calls the Pacific Northwest home.
